We can accept a maximum of 8 guests, plus one infant (up to 2 years old).

We book Saturday to Saturday stays during the peak season. Short breaks are generally available from October to May, excluding some holiday weeks (e.g. Christmas). Other check in days may be available on request.

Bookings are confirmed once a 25% deposit is paid. The balance is due 6 weeks before arrival. For bookings made less than 6 weeks in advance and for short breaks, the full payment is due at the time of booking.

Payment includes a £150 refundable damage deposit. Barring any issues, this will be refunded within 2 weeks of the end of your stay.

Dogs are welcome, but unfortunately we cannot accept cats due to owner allergies. We can take a maximum of 2 dogs. To cover extra cleaning costs, there is a £15 charge per dog.

Payment can be made online (Visa and Mastercard only), by bank transfer, or by cheque.
